Tai ji Chuan is a martial art and Chinese movement. The exercise strengthens the body, improves coordination and balance, and contributes to the internal balance. In the Tai ji Quan Begginer class we will learn and practice Tai ji in Chen style. we will discuss a series of basic exercises and relaxation, learn and practice “standing” and the following movement patterns: the pattern of the thirteen displays, the Chen Tai ji pattern and the fan pattern. In addition, we will discuss the Chinese concepts and theoretical ideas underlying the Tai ji Quan art.
The course is a cooperation between CCC in Tel Aviv and Talia kav Tai Ji School.
