Tai ji Chuan is a martial art and Chinese movement. The exercise strengthens the body, improves coordination and balance, and contributes to the internal balance. In the Tai ji Quan Advance classe we will continue to learn and practice Tai ji in Chen style. we will discuss in depth a series of basic exercises and relaxation, learning and practicing “standing” and the following movement patterns: the pattern of the thirteen displays, the Chen Tai ji pattern and the fan pattern. In addition, we will discuss the Chinese concepts and theoretical ideas underlying the Tai ji Quan art.
Course duration: about five months (20 weekly sessions of an hour and a half)
