Dancing Strings is a colourful Chinese Folk Music Show by Sunan Song and Dance Group of Gansu Province.
Gansu province has an important part in the Chinese history, since it is part of the traditional silk road- a historical cultural exchange point. Since Gansu province borders with Tibet, Mongolia, ChingHai, Xinjiang and other areas, it’s population consists of a diversity of ethnic groups: Tibetan, Buddhist, Kazakh, Muslim and others. Sunan group comes from the ethnic euthonomy Sunan. The group consists of 16 dancers, singers and musicians. The group has been performing in cultural events both in and outside of China.
