Sichuan is an important water conservation area in the upper reaches of the Yellow River. The Yellow River flows from west to east through Ruoergai County, Aba County, Songpan County, Hongyuan County, and Shiqu County. The first of the 99 bays of the Yellow River joins the Baihe River in Tangke Township, Ruoergai County, Sichuan Province, and turns a 180 degree "S-shaped" bend in Ruoergai Grassland. The water here is clear and slow, passing through the vast sea of grass, and cattle and sheep are leisurely walking along the river. This unique Yellow River Heavenly Road breeds a splendid national culture. From the legendary Tang and Tibetan Ancient Road to the Western Sichuan Cultural Corridor, this land has slowly transformed in the thousands of years of river water, casting the background of Chinese culture.
