David Ben Uziel talks about his Long March in China

עמוד הבית » David Ben Uziel talks about his Long March in China

28/07/2021

In 2005, the then 70-year-old Israeli veteran David Ben Uziel went to China, where he spent five months from Jiangxi to Shaanxi Province, retracing footsteps of the Chinese Long Marchers in the 1930s. He traveled more than 24,000 km, half of which on foot. During this journey, he interviewed dozens of veterans who participated the Long March and some people who are familiar with that journey. In July 2021, Mr. David Ben Uziel, at the request of the Embassy of China in Israel, presents a video about his feeling about following footsteps of Long Marchers.
